Bericht auf Facebook

The track was resurfaced 3 weeks ago and we didn’t know how the grip was.
We put the car on the track with the same setup of Lostallo and it worked really good from the first laps.
My and my teammate Martinelli Luca were really fast during the whole weekend and we could run as fast as Kurzbuch and Hächler.
After the qualifying rounds we had 3 RX8 in the Top5, but during the SuperPole Simon Kurzbuch did a very fast lap and we couldn’t bump directly to the A-main.
Top 5 Qualifiying:
1. Haechler Silvio
2. Kurzbuch Simon
3. Pesenti Mattia – RX8
4. Martinelli Luca – RX8
5. Henzi Michael – RX8

Me, Luca Martinelli and Thomas Henzi bumped up in the A-main but Henzi Michael had some trouble during the semifinal.
The final was amazing!
Me and Luca started from the position 3 and 4, following Silvio and Simon. Simon took a good advantage after 10mins. Silvio had some trouble and had to leave the race. Me and Luca fought the whole race for the 2nd and 3rd position.
We push really hard during 45minutes finishing me in 2nd and Luca in 3rd with less than 4seconds gap.
The car was amazing and our best laps were as fast as Simon on his own track.
Top5 Final:
1. Kurzbuch Simon
2. Pesenti Mattia – RX8
3. Martinelli Luca – RX8
4. Nydegger Jurg
5. Hasler Remy

We’re really looking forward for the next races. Now a little summer break waiting the 4th Swiss National in Sitterdorf in August.
Mattia Pesenti

XRAY Gear Differential Sets
XRAY’s own unique design
Revolutionary
More stable handling
Easier to drive
Increase on-power steering
Direct replacement for ball diff
Fit all standard cars
Super-smooth
Ultra-efficient
Complete sets

XRAY self-designed, revolutionary, super-smooth gear diffs for 1/12 & 1/10 pan cars and 1/10 formula cars are a direct replacement for the ball-differential. Complete sets which require no other extra parts and no extra adjustments.

Using the gear differential makes the car more stable and easier to drive, especially in high-traction conditions. The gear diff increases on-power steering which is needed on almost all types of tracks. A “must have” for every racer.

The complete gear differential set includes a composite case and cover, precision-molded internal satellite gears made from special XRAY-developed composite material, all ensuring long lifespan and super-smooth efficient operation. A super-strong hollow steel shaft ensures maximum reliability and strength.

The advantage of the gear diff is that it is maintenance-free. When the diff is correctly built, there is no need for maintenance for a very long time, no need for frequent oil changes, and no leakage due to a superior sealing system.
