Der junge Fahrer Levin Hirschi gewinnt sein erstes Rennen mit seinem XRAY X12.
Maurice Lüscher erfahrener 1/12 Driver mit ROCHE konnte den zweiten Platz belegen, gefolgt von Newcomer in dieser Kategorie Patrick Fankhauser auch mit XRAY X12.
In der Klasse F1 konnte Michael Schäfer das Rennen gewinnen. Michael wechselte von 1/12 auf F1 und hat Spaß in der neuen Kategorie. Der zweite und dritte Platz ging an die beiden Shepherd-Piloten Stephan Eschler und Manfred Ebener.

CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, this X1 chassis contains special cutout openings for increased flex. This chassis is recommended for and works extremely well on medium and high-traction tracks; not recommended for very-high traction conditions, where the #371016 Alu Chassis works better. This alu flex chassis generates more traction and gives improved steering. Used successfully by Team XRAY at numerous races, this chassis is a “must have” for every serious racer. 24mm narrower than previous chassis versions, eliminating contact with the track in corners while rolling, and offering improved cornering speed. Includes a slot for a composite battery backstop which allows 5mm battery position adjustment when using the most frequently used cross-chassis alignment configuration. For use with #371148 alu rear pod plate.

The new V1-3518 is an updated version of the European Champion engine. Based on the very same engine that won the title last year in Sweden, the 3518 includes all the features of its predecessor with a new cooling head color scheme.

The 5 port cylinder, paired with the long stroke scheme, provides enough power throughout the whole power band. The crankshaft receives the precious DLC treatment in order to increase its durability even in the most demanding off-road situation and rotates on a Swiss-Made ceramic rear bearing. The carburetor sports the latest double bottom-end adjustment for fine-tuning and improved reliability.

After the success of the R1 platform, we are proud to introduce its evolution: the R2-3518. We worked alongside with our team in order to develop the R1 base and the outcome is a big improvement in order of power band and stability. The flow of fresh charge has been improved with new cylinder port shaping and a completely new crankshaft design. The shaft remains DLC coated, while the bore and stroke ratio have also been changed slightly compared to the R1.

The R2-3518 features the latest crankcase design that provides an improved stiffness and therefore a more stable performance at every temperature, reducing the flex. The crankshaft is treated with a Diamond-Like Coating in order to prevent oxidation and wear of the pin, and works on a rear ceramic Swiss-Made bearing. The carburetor features a double bottom-end adjustment for the finest of tunings.
