  • US & EU Edition With XRAY’s no-compromise, high-competition focus, the X12 was split into two different platforms, each optimized for specific, different track conditions out of the box with no extras needed.Whether at medium-traction tracks typical of Europe, or super-high tracks typical of US permanent tracks, there is an X12 edition to choose from: the US or the EU Edition, both built on the same core platform with compatibility and interchangeable parts.

  • The EU Edition is suitable for low, medium, and high-traction conditions, while the US Edition is designed & suitable for high- and super-high traction conditions.

  • All-new chassis features ultra-narrow design for improved steering characteristics, increased torsional stability and new two-position option for pod link mounting for in-corner steering adjustment

The Pit Mat helps make your pit area clean and professional. Made from padded material, the Pit Mat is soft and durable with a textured surface to prevent parts from rolling. The black color helps with stain resistance, and the roll-able design makes it easy for transportation. Both sides of the Pit Mat are emblazoned with HUDY logo; large HUDY graphics on front side, small HUDY logo on rear side. Available in two sizes.

The R1 Team DLC-WC 2017 is a limited edition of our top-of-the-range on-road engine. Developed throughout the tests held on the 2017 Worlds’ track, this version features a different cylinder with updated timing that increases the bottom power to better suit the challenging French circuit. The engine is easily distinguished by a new engraved cooling head, specially designed and dedicated to the event, that maintains the same quotes of the standard version to obtain a low centre of gravity.
As in the standard R1 Team version, the crankcase sports a designing concept that ensures more stable performances throughout a wider temperature range and thanks to its improved stiffness is immune to any loss of RPMs due to unwanted torsions. The WC-2017 also shares the same double bottom-end adjustment carburettor for finer tuning and a better passage.
The crankshaft features the precious DLC coating that prevents any oxidation and any wear of the crankpin. Fitted with a ceramic ball bearing and a 7 port sleeve paired with a piston machined from high silicon material, this version represents the very best that modern technology can offer.

Years later in 2004, we started our first mass-production XRAY XB8 platform based on our long-term experience & knowledge, followed soon thereafter by the XT8 truggy platform.

Since the release of the XT8 platform, we have continued our dedicated work of refining the platform to bring forth the latest improvements & innovations. With our focus on no-compromise performance, the XT8 has undergone a major platform upgrade to ensure the XT8 will stand out in the crowd and take you to the Winners Circle.
